A closer look at the red dahlias.

Dahlias come in an amazing variety of shapes and colors.

This big, showy flowers are among my favorites.

But what is there not to like about a flower that looks more like a sea anenome than a tulip or primrose.

This one looks like 80's rock star hair.

And this one looks like a fancy bow, with nearly tubular petals.
